Cancellation Policy.

Osteopathy and Pilates Appointments

We understand that life is busy, so we are happy for you to cancel your appointment ahead of time. Having as much notice as possible allows other patients to access services at MyHealth Co, but also ensures our practitioners stay on schedule throughout the day.

Please note, the following:

• All cancellations require a minimum of 24-hours notice. We accept cancellations via phone, SMS or email.

• Alternatively, you can cancel your appointment online (Up to 24 hours prior) by following the link provided in your reminder email (Sent out 48-hours prior).

• Patients that cancel within 24-hours of their appointment will be charged 50% of the consultation fee.

• Patients that fail to attend their appointment without any notice will be charge 100% of the consultation fee.
